Insulin is an important part of therapy for diabetic dogs and cats. You may be feeling a bit overwhelmed, but we promise before you know it this will become a part of your daily routine. However, there are many important points to consider during insulin therapy.

Setting up and scanning your Libre for the first tIME

Check out this great video on setting up your pets FreeStyle Libre account as well as information on scanning.

The FreeStyle Libre system measures glucose levels through a small sensor — the size of two stacked quarters — applied to the back of your pets neck/upper back. It provides real-time glucose readings for up to 10 days, both day and night.
