Everlasting Tree of Life Memorial

What better way to memorialize your pet than to donate to our Veterinary Care Fund? Your $100 donation goes toward another pet in need of immediate life saving care in our own community.  Your generous donation includes a beautiful fully customizable gold leaf that will be displayed on our Everlasting Tree of Life for years to come. You may dedicate a leaf to honor a pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge or one who is still with us today.

The Veterinary Care Fund aims to provide grants to assist with live saving care in our hospital.  100% of your tax-deductible donation is used to help animals in need directly in our hospital.  Unlike other veterinary assistance foundations, these funds do not pay for salaries, office supplies, fundraisers, or other expenses unrelated to care.  Every contribution to the Veterinary Care Fund goes directly to improving the quality of life of pets and their people.   

All donations are tax deductible as The Veterinary Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable foundation created for the specific purpose of helping veterinary practices fund the discounted and no charge care they generously provide to hardship cases, rescue groups or as good Samaritans.
